This painted background is teal and coral with
some POPS of white
for Kristin's Summer of Color 2014
(SOC4) week #2...
but my teal looks too blue here.
My camera really doesn't do blue-greens very well,
and, I did take this photo toward evening...
oh well.
Do check out Kristin's wonderful
Summer of Color
and join in.

Beautiful journal pages!
you are ending your year and our new semester begins today.
What a wonderful journal page! I noted you are a teacher. I retired in 2006 after 37 years of teaching high school English. I know what you mean about taking a break! Hang in there.
This is a stunning journal page. I like the way the flower stands out from the background. And since I didn't have a chance to visit last week, I really enjoyed seeing your first entry, too. You make beautiful art.
I absolutely love your art journal page that you made using this week's SOC colors! It is gorgeous!
Lovely :)
I enjoy your style of art journaling. Rather new to it, I am still finding my style - or does it find me? The school year ended for me last Thursday so I can wholly relate to what you are feeling.
Oh this is really lovely, it made me smile!
My camera doesn't do blue greens very well either Kathy. I love this though, I can see teal and coral just perfectly, it's lovely! :)
Happy Happy Summer, dear friend! ♥
I love the way you process life
in waves of color....such a unique
way you see and share; thank you:)
