I love it.
I do feel the need to nurture my true spirit,
to be truer to myself,
to meditate and become more in touch
with BEing.
I was having my doubts about a Word for 2016,
but remained open, and there it was. Is. Spirit.
It's perfect for me. It speaks about who I am,
who I want to become as I learn and grow,
and whispers something so gently strong.
I close my eyes and smile as I think it: Spirit.
My spirit settles into Being as I meditate,
but my spirit also yearns for something more
that I have yet to realize.

I believe our words do find us, we simply need to allow them to as you have done. I believe as the year progresses, it will help you find what you long for.
