This page took on a life of its own
and was actually quite freeing for me.
I started with gesso and acrylic paints,
and scraped squares...
which made me think of boxes and being boxed in,
and cages...
and then, in the paint, I saw a flying bird!
Look what happens when I free my mind.
I did this just after meditating.
