In My Book Corner

Here's what I am settling in to read tonight: The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield. I love books (and paper, yes!) so this seemed perfect for me. I am relaxing my body and my mind in preparation for lots of Parent-Teacher Conferences before Thanksgiving.
Have you read it ? Tell me what you think!

What are you reading? And, what do you recommend? I love having a new pile to devour...when time allows! Have a great week everyone! Find time to do what you love to do best! ~Kathy♥

I agree with Lori, I love the Mitford series and I am reading the 1st book in her new series---by Jan Karon now. I think one book that I have enjoyed recently was "Water for Elephants"--and let's see...what else have i read...hummm...senior moment...!!

So nice to hear from others who love the Mitford series!
I am presently reading "The Promise of Lumby" by Gail Fraser, as it was promoted as being similar to the Mitford series.

I finished The Thirteenth Tale and I have to say, "I loved it!". The last 350 pages, I read in one day...Sunday, when I didn't feel up to doing anything else! Great read!
