♥ It's extra fun when you sort
and rediscover some folded goodness
that has been waiting for you.
How could I have made these sweeties wait so long?
They remind me of the dresses Grama K. would sew
for my "twin cousin" and me when we were little.
Then she would use the scraps to make quilts.
♥ Happy New-Week everyone! Isn't it strange not to have the Olympics on??

How fun to find new inspiration and know you can make something wonderful. Keep creating...
I am so happy you visited and that you love Maine too. My time there is enchanted. I live only a short way from the famed Miss Rumphius, the lady who planted lupine and "tried to make the world a better place." Every day in Maine is an adventure. Later on I will share how our groceries come on a Market Boat that delivers fresh organics, baked goods, jams, jellies, homemade cheeses right to our town landing!

these adorable,spring beauties♥
I imagine you being little
all dressed up *so pretty*
I know exactly what you mean! Yesterday and this morning the sun was warm and shining so I felt inspired to sew a spring dress. I had stocked up on fabrics a while ago and as I was rummaging through my shelves today, it was as though I had stumbled upon a treasure chest :)
