It is a good day indeed.

2. I woke up feeling UP.
Here is today's journal page:

3. A banner felt right today!
4. Then off I went to undergo #5... and returned to finish writing this~
5. I'm sure there are a lot of nurses who are underappreciated. I wish I could make up for all of that today. You can make all the difference in the world. I am grateful.

Scattered Thoughts...
This leftside page has been unfinished for days, the longest I think I have gone without journaling all year. But I promised to finish it and show you.
My dreams and nightmares have been full of stress and confusion. One was that I was in India and saw my daughter...but then I don't remember any more of it except that I woke up anxious.
(I hope I got to see the beauitful, colorful sari's.)
This morning, I dreamed that I went to a beauty salon and asked the girl working there if I could take a shower and wash my hair, because my power was off at home. Soon after, there were crowds of men, women, and children in this huge salon and I had a big overloaded totebag of unnecessary and jumbled belongings....in the shower.
Okay...
Anyway, today is cooler with less humidity and I feel more energy and ambition. Hopefully a little less dreamy, too!
Dreams, movies within our unconscious minds, are such a strange phenomenon.

Admiring the Gardens of Others
...in the city of Buffalo.
This garden covered a neighbor's garage from view...but I thought it was the "Secret Garden".

Flea Market-ing
My Mom always had lots of S & H Green Stamps and booklets. This dates me somewhat, doesn't it? Do you remember these?
I could look through old books and papers forever.
I could look through old books and papers forever.
This was two Sundays ago, and was so much fun. I hadn't been to a flea market in a few years, but Michael and I used to go all the time when we were younger...when we were trying to fill our tiny home up! Now that we have the "Empty Nest Syndrome" (Except when Drew stayed this summer), we need to get rid of stuff. Isn't it funny how life goes?
So, we just stayed for an hour and I didn't buy much, but I was intrigued by a WWII soldier's mini banking book and mini atlas.
I also found a Train Conductor's log book that was very cool indeed, from 1940. Had to have that. Paper fetish again....I know.
Have you been to a flea market lately? 'Find anything good? Have a fun-filled weekend, my friends! Love, Kath

Pretending To Be in the Tropics
I absolutely love hibiscus flowers. We really tried to protect them from the deer this year.

Another Wednesday Already
It's clear to me that each one feels worse but I will not dread the last two Wednesday treatments. ..I will not dread the last two Wednesdays...I will not dread the last two Wednesdays...
I will write and doodle and finish the left side tomorrow. Enjoy this summer day everyone by doing one thing you really love to do.

If you had to choose your top 5 favorite tunes, what would they be?
{I was singing to "Walking in Memphis" today with the car windows rolled down. Felt good.
