Happy Flowering and Fawn-filled Friday!!

Look what the deer didn't eat!!

Yeah, you, I see you.

Through my window up here.

Full yet?

"Uh oh. I think she's watchin' us."

"What are you lookin' at? My Mom said I could."

Well, they are pretty little spotted fawns...and they didn't eat everything...!

Kathy, we had three deer in our backyard this morning too!!! One was a tiny fawn. I'll post pictures later of them. We got one of the mama and baby kissing!! :) The mama was pulling apples off our apple tree.

Thanks for you sweet comments today!!

Hugs!!

hey, i wonder if these are the same deer that keep eating my rose bushes and indian hawthorne! well, i guess that would be quite a commute, but maybe they're distant cousins(?). at least they left you some beautiful flowers.....all i have left is twigs. xox, :))

ps. hope you're feeling better today.....eat more blueberries....lots of blueberries.....and don't feel bad about feeling bad. you're allowed! xox

So cute but so voracious when it comes to eating landscaped plants. We have them here and they have killed most of my flowering plants. Last night they even ate my red hot pokers for the first time. DRAT! Yes, mom teaches her young to feed at our buffet...generations of them now. Happy weekend...

We have them come up to my gardens in the mountains and they just have the best old time...It's so aggravating when she see your flowers eaten but they are so cute and adorable I can't stay mad for long.......I love seeing them........

We sometimes spot some as we drive to work, but never so close to our home.
I know they gobble everything up, but they are beautiful!
You're very lucky to be so close to nature!

what a beautiful sight; I imagine they could sense your gentleness and figured you wouldn't minds sharing just a bit. After all, they're only "borrowers".....they've got all those sweet spots to exchange for the treats. Maybe the Lord wanted to show you, in duplicate, just how "deer" you are to Him:)
