Journaling...

...and probably thinking too much.

Do you ever think about people from your past,
people you thought would be in your life forever,
but now aren't?
Friendships you thought would last forever,
but didn't ?
Thanks for stopping in my little corner

all the time...
the impermanence of life makes me want to be more present and in the moment

Yes I do....yet I have come to realize that God brings certain people into our lives for a season and others for a lifetime.....Friends can kinda look like a quilt at the end of life....some shapes are small and some are large...

Oh my, it's 4:30a.m. and I think I need to go to bed too.....

Pretty page! I often think about friends who I thought would be there always - and for some reason are not. I love what Nancy said above. :) So true.

I have a little corner like that, too:)
It's across the room from my cluttered corner
of trying-to-do-too-much!
Wonder what it'd look like to leave our corners
and come out into the center
where the breezes of grace blow the clutter away.
I'd like that. Love the way you express yourself!
Loving and cheering for you, friend,
Jennifer

Yes! I do! Thank you for sharing this Kathy, because I do think about old friends and wonder how they are these days... It's special when you have someone in your life that has/will always be there... but that doesn't mean we don't have fond memories of those who've drifted apart. Hope you are doing well today! Much love!
