Breathe :: Journaling

I find myself deep in thought
a lot.

I need my quiet, alone time,
but yet I take great comfort in knowing that I am never truly alone
in this.

When you just quietly think,
where do your thoughts wander?

Beautiful page, kathy. I find myself needing my alone and quiet time too. I've been that way my whole life. When I'm alone and immersed in a project, I find hours have passed without even being aware of any thoughts. Other times I just find myself daydreaming :) Have a happy weekend!

you are so never alone in that
or in any other way....you are surrounded and kept and held dear
and cherished and oh so loved.
i love that your heart is to
listen, listen (love your header!)
for those nuances.
you are genuinely dear, Kathy:)
sending big heartfelt hugs your way,
Jennifer

I have never been comfortable with quiet and much prefer music-all types. Music takes me away and resets me. I do like to sit quietly by our pond and reflect. I marvel in Nature and the cycles of life. Your page and thoughts are gentle and beautiful. Blessings on this Good Friday...

You are not alone Kathy. I know you have a wonderful support group from family and friends near by, but we are all here for you too. :) Lots of love sweet friend. ♥

Your journal page is so meditative...

I need quiet time quite often to feel balanced...

My thoughts wander all over the place... I start thinking about one thing but find it hard to stay just thinking about one thing...

I love time spent making art because somehow I manage to get up, over and out of all the things muddling up my mind

Hi again! I love this page! I'm on a waterlily kick, so it grabbed my attention, then your journaling on it just hit home for me. There's always so much going on, so I've been trying to work on reminding myself to breathe, be still, have faith, and center myself... among other things. It doesn't always work and I don't always remember, but reminders like this are always nice! Thank you!
