In Nature

When I was a little girl,
I spent hours just sitting on a bridge
over a creek.
By myself.

I don't know if anyone even knows that...

Alone time
and nature always felt more comfortable
than being with people.

I was always shy.

i STILL AM.

~hoping you see blue skies
& colorful flowers today.

love,
~k

Lovely journal page.
I'm in the shy club too. I fully understand the choice of nature over people. I used to sit for hours with my box of "pet" salamanders as a child in Oregon. : ) I think the reflective life begets creativity.... it sure does in you.

Alone time, solitude, need not be lonely. You've got a quiet spirit, and that's very precious. Live in the moment and soak in the quietness in your life. It's a jungle out there (LOL)...A beautiful page--relects the calmness when you are still-- sending you hugs across the ocean. Carrie
