Holding On...

Releasing into my journal
another looong week of eleven-hour
workdays inside
and
gray, snowy, blowy winter
days outside where I don't belong.

I am grateful for
my family, my friends(you),
and my journaling time,
however short.

This is how I nurture my Self.

It's important to nurture yourself.
How do YOU do it?

Your journaling certainly must be saving you from the depths of dreary Winter. Spring is on its way for you...I believe! I nurture myself with music and Pharrell Williams singing "Happy, Clap Along" is priceless for elevating my energy level. Blessings Dear...

Fun page, Kathy. Longing for Spring with you. It seems this winter will never end! Art journaling is one of the ways I nurture myself as well. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. :)

I'm so impressed! 11 hour days and you still manage to produce these layered, beautiful pages!
I need alone time to feel nurtured, perhaps it's the only child in me but when I feel overworked, I need to be alone ;) xoxo
