A Stitch in Time

Many of you already know about Teesha Moore's Amazing Journal
made from one sheet of watercolor paper, in her YouTube Videos.
I actually went out and bought the large sheet of cold press 140 lb paper,
folded, cut and put together this journal for myself...in April.
The only problem was, ha, I didn't sew it together.
So, on January 1st, 2012, I did!
Yes, a small finishing step, but I completed it.
I am excited to do backgrounds next... I will keep you posted.

And, more importantly, have I told you how much I appreciate you?
Thank you one hundred times over
for being so wonderful
for being my friends
for helping me get through a tough time.

I did stay home again today
(hard, ugh) to recover properly
and am, so far, less shaky for it,
so
tomorrow will hopefully begin
a healthier year for me.

I will work harder at it
but
I will also take quiet time
be in the moment
reflect
focus
be kind to myself
and
be still.

CLARITY

I want to do one of these journals too; just haven't gotten around to it...I look forward to seeing your pages and all the wonderful stuff you put in this new journal....

Glad you are feeling a little better and that you are taking care of yourself...I already see "clarity" in action.....

Love to you sweet girl,
Nancy
