Stamp Carving

Needing to rest, but restless...

I would have been angry with myself
if I didn't carve
at least one stamp this week.

My love of all things Poppy
is no secret.
This was simple and quick
and makes me happy.
Oh, and I love
London Fog
gray ink.

REST......

Your newest carved stamp is so fun. What is this London Fog gray ink? I really like the softness of it. Rest and renew your energy my dear...

Oooo my this stamp is amazing. What do you carve into? I have some lino cutters somewhere from years gone by - school I think - that would probably qualify them as antique haha!
Love the London Gray ink too!
Hope this weekend you find a space to rest!!!!!

Wow, love your poppy stamp!! How fun! I tried carving but used the old fashion lino stuff and it was NOT like cutting butter, I ended up with bandaids everywhere!!

I just started carving eraser stamps to help with my own restlessness and agitation, and found I loved it! I hope to soon get some carving blocks to try something a little larger. Your poppy pod is beautiful, and I'm enjoying your blog!
