Hopefully Healing...

End of March.
91 days of 2012 and I am not impressed. By me.

With shaking limbs and
loss of muscle strength,
I want,
no, I need,
for this to end.

So, when we write and journal,
do we write to remember, or do we write to forget?
To let go? Or keep?

Like history, to not repeat?

I try to write every day in my journal. I've tried a few times to make my journal pages look like art but for me I just need to get the words down. I love to live vicariously through people like you that have a gift for keeping artistic journals :)

I do know what you mean about certain health issues getting in the way sometimes. Wishing you healing and lots of continued creativity!

Your words are very wise indeed. I am sending you healing hugs and hoping you will be feeling much better very soon. Your journal pages are very important to who you are at this time and place. They are also a beautiful reflection of you and how beautiful you are.

Oh Kathy, I think journaling is for keeping and letting go. I think we have to let go of what we are keeping before we can move forward or grow in some way... ♥

Oh my sweet friend. I wish I could make your pain go away. I do hope that playing in your journal can maybe take your mind off the pain! At least that is my hope for you!!

Big hugs..

Kathy, lovely friend, journalling is for healing. If we can express what we feel in our journals it gets it out of our heads and on to paper. This is all good! This is all marvellous! This is your HEALING!!!

Hope you are feeling better now. I think healing can involve both things, because sometimes we heal when we remember, and sometimes when we forget... maybe because they are the two sides of the same coin. Take care and thanks for your comments on my blogs, in particular, for sharing your memories about your father xx
