Journal Therapy

After work, I went straight into my Creative Space.

Frustration and irritation and dumb rules, be gone.

The cool feel of paper
the stickiness of glue
the grunge of an old brush
the freshness of a new supply
the richness of color
the scent of a marker

Fast fingers
no more thinking.
I feel better.

Let it all out.
breathe.
be.

Gorgeous page! I really love what you do. Great post too. I've been feeling just blah all day, and this post made me realize...duh, I didn't create anything today! That always helps. You think I'd learn by now, lol! Thank for the reminder.

dumb rules should never have been rules in the first place.
