Admiring the Gardens of Others

...in the city of Buffalo.

This garden covered a neighbor's garage from view...but I thought it was the "Secret Garden".

We had to get really close to this (and have a breeze) to make certain it wasn't real stained glass.

Teacups of blossoms floated in a little pond-like pool, an artist's version/vision of water lilies.

Garden gloves from years past became art.

...moments of peace and beauty on a day that was slightly cooler.

this looks like a place of beauty and calm - a place I would love to visit.

I would love to have a place like this to retreat to every evening with the perfect hot cuppa. Wow! :)

How beautiful is that!

I appreciate these photos so much. I do believe that the life of a gardener is similar to an artist. They truly take pride in their outside beauty and these are gorgeous photos!

What a wonderful whimsical garden--a true oasis! I'd love coming home to that! (I'm visiting from "Be Yourself . . . Everyone else is taken"--your blog title intrigued me.)

Beautiful gardens...really wish I could have one. But again, it's difficult to have such thing in a tiny apartment in NY city...maybe in my dream...
