Pretending To Be in the Tropics

I absolutely love hibiscus flowers. We really tried to protect them from the deer this year.

...my hand, so you could get the size. This one looks like peppermint, doesn't it?
What is your favorite flower?

Love these. Are they real? I'm ready to go to the Hawaii instead of get ready to go back to school...

Your hibiscus flowers are beautiful. I especially like the photo with the bud that is awaiting unfurling. How did you ever keep the deer from eating them?!! I think my favorite flowers are hydrangeas, especially the blue variety. Happy Hibuscus to you...

Your photos are so beautiful - I never really liked hibiscus flowers but I realise now that I have never seen such beautiful soft colours before. My favourite flower - that is a hard one as I love so many but I do have a special fondness for jonquils as they are so delicate and herald spring.
