I hopped on my exercise bike this morning, for the first time in a very long time. Inch by inch...everything's a cinch, right? We'll see how it goes! I am hopeful and I am motivated. Taking it slow as I try out this body of mine again. ♥

I've never liked exercise and yet as I've gotten older I have found ways to live healthier and to move more. It's just like you said - inch by inch... Cheers to you!
The older we get, the harder it becomes to stay in shape. You can absolutly do this; you've proven that by your courage & perceverence the last few weeks. Since we moved to our condo last year, I've hit the gym every weekday morning at 5:30..hate every moment of it, but am awfully happy I've done it when it's over!
