A New Carved Stamp

I woke up in a funky mood today for whatever reason, and decided that the only thing that would make me feel better was to design and carve another stamp.

This one is inspired by my very frequent walks with Ellie to chase butterflies. I look at wild grasses and weeds in a whole new light now.

That carving is amazing....and just look at how the print turns out!
I love the wild beauty of grasses
and weeds when they're allowed to mass together.
Really clever little plants~nice to see them celebrated:)

I LOVE poppy pods! You're so inspiring. Double yay....it's really your last treatment, as sweet Martha said?

(oh...could you teach me how to carve a stamp? I bought a mastercarver set and it is STILL in its packaging...lol)

Your stamp carving is wonderful - I don't know the first thing about making stamps but I would love to give it a try. I am sure it is difficult though you make it seem so easy.

Wow, you have done a great job with this stamp. I have never carved a stamp before but you make it look like it might be very worthwhile indeed :-)
